My philosophy has always been to complete a project the right way the first time and under budget. My background in project management allows me to manage a project from beginning to end or help you when the going gets tough on a current project. I can help with day-to-day construction needs, securing materials, finding the best contractors to get the work done, and helping design/manage your build with or without software-based programs.

Throughout my time in the Telecommunications industry, I have found that organizations have lost up to 50% of their materials budget because of common ordering mistakes (wrong materials ordered for the application, restocking fees, etc.). To help avoid these mistakes, I can review your project information and ensure that we find the products needed for the correct application. I will work with multiple vendors to help avoid project delays because of material shortages.

The operations side of the business is where my career began, I started with installations and worked my way into the central office. With this experience, I understand what it takes to keep your plant up and running at optimal performance. I can help with noise tracking, fiber cuts, and even ensure that you have the proper tools in place for your organization's needs. 

To ensure that your project runs smoothly, I will work closely with your team or third-party firm to make sure that frequent industry mishaps do not occur on your project. Avoiding these mishaps will save you and your team time and money. I can also include an extensive drive-off and make-ready plan for your build with any of my engineering services. If you are looking for quality engineering, I work with multiple firms and can provide a recommendation based on personal experiences.

Whether it be a lunch and learn seminar over a certain topic that your team is struggling with or even speaking at a trade conference about common industry mishaps that can be avoided, I want to share my personal industry knowledge with others.
